The third annual Cocktails in The Gardens series kicked off in style on August 13 with more than 800 packing The Hill Garden to see hometown singer-songwriter Matthew Mayfield. Todd Simpson & Mojo Child rocked The Gardens on September 10 with their southern rock and blues. The White Oaks are closed out the 2009 series on October 8 with a great set of gospel-inspired, indie rock.

The unique nights of music, food, mixing, mingling and cocktails were catered by The Gardens Cafe by Kathy G, who provided an incredible spread and signature drinks unique to each night. Cocktails in The Gardens raises awareness of The Gardens' activities and opportunities among young professionals, students and the young at heart.
