Birmingham Botanical Gardens is currently closed.
The City of Birmingham Park and Recreation Board, which has jurisdiction over the Gardens, is currently working on its plan for reopening the Gardens with the wellness and safety of visitors, volunteers, and staff of top priority. Flicks Among the Flowers 2020: GREASE

Film will start at sunset (approximately 8–8:30 p.m.)

Formal Garden in front of Conservatory

Gates open at 6 p.m.

Free Admission ($5 suggested donation)


 Make it a date night or bring friends and family, and don't forget your blanket!

Please note that no pets or outside alcoholic beverages are allowed.

Admission is free, but a $5 suggested donation benefits the ongoing stewardship and enhancement of the Gardens, educational programs, and outreach activities. A preferred seating area will be available for Members of the Friends of Birmingham Botanical Gardens, with each membership allowing two patrons seating until 8 p.m. Members must check in in Blount Plaza to receive a wristband.

Bring a blanket or low-profile lawn chair, and find a spot on the lawn to enjoy the film.
