This class qualifies for 2 general continuing educaton hours for Alabama registered landscape architects.
This evening walk through the Kaul Wildflower Garden when it’s at peak flowering, will focus on viewing and discussing desirable plants to use in a variety of landscapes. Plant lists will be distributed which will include species to use as ground covers, wet or dry areas, full shade to dry sun and plants for problem areas. Need a tree but no room for a big one? How about plants that will thrive in a rocky area. Much information will be offered about how to cultivate these many plants. This event will be weather-dependent.
Refunds (minus a $15 processing fee) given if notification is made at least 10 business days prior to class start date.
