The word Sattva means truth, balance, and wholeness. Sattva Yoga stems from the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic tradition making these teachings ancient, yet they remain oh-so-relevant in these modern times. Through these practices, we connect to the Truth of who we really are.

Sattva Yoga fuses all aspects of yoga. In these classes, we use multiple modalities including Himalayan kriya and kundalini practices, breath work, Hatha/vinyasa, freedom movement, chi and Laya movements, meditation and more—all to create an evolutionary experience. Kriya practices combine repetitive movements with mudras, mantras, and breath work creating a moving meditation that helps facilitate evolution in the body, mind, and spirit. The Sattva practice can awaken and transform, leading to a life filled with a sense of purpose, greater harmony, expansion, and liberation. No two journeys are alike. These practices meet you where you are—meaning they are accessible for all bodies. Please reach out if you have any questions: [email protected].
