ADVANCE GALA AND LECTURE TICKET PICK-UP
We strongly encourage you to pick up your tickets in advance to avoid delays

When: September 29 until October 1 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Friends of Birmingham Botanical Gardens Office, second floor of the Garden Center.
Will call is also available at the show.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 2: GALA IN THE GARDENS

PARKING: We recommend carpool and/or ride share services.

Valet parking: A limited amount will be available at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens main entrance. Sponsored by the Scout Guide.

Self parking will NOT be available at the Gardens the night of the Gala.
Self parking and shuttle available at the Birmingham Zoo
.
• Follow the signs and look for the white tent at the entrance.
• Golf cart shuttles by Safeday Transport will run from 6 p.m. until 11:30 p.m.
• You will be taken to a special back entryway to the rose garden created by Father Nature Landscapes and walk through to the Gala.
• Please take time to visit the beautiful main entrance during the evening!

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 3 – SUNDAY, OCTOBER 5

PARKING: We recommend carpool and/or ride share services. Onsite parking is limited.

FRIDAY SHUTTLE: 9:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
Park at the Birmingham Zoo for convenient shuttle bus service.
