Thomas L. Woltz, Senior Principal and Owner, and Nelson Byrd Woltz, Landscape Architects

In the century since the Olmsted Brothers drew up a visionary plan for Birmingham, their insight that access to high-quality public landscapes is integral to healthy urban living is more urgent than ever. Join Thomas L. Woltz, Senior Principal and Owner of Nelson Byrd Woltz Landscape Architects (NBW), for a presentation on the influence of Olmsted-era planning in today’s landscape practice, as illustrated by the firm’s work in public parks and cultural institutions.

Doors will open at 10:30 a.m. and the lecture will begin at 11 a.m.
