Alabama Cooperative Extension System

The C. Beaty Hanna Horticulture & Environmental Center, a satellite office of the Alabama Cooperative Extension System (ACES), operates a plant diagnostic lab in the Garden Center. Soil sample test kits are available to the public.

  • Soil sample test kits are available in the front lobby of the Garden Center or at the Library at the Gardens.
  • Samples may be dropped off in the front lobby of the Garden Center.
