Vinyasa Yoga

Celebrate Earth Day at the Gardens by joining this one-hour vinyasa-style yoga class based on the tradition of combining the sequencing of movements with breath. It will include transitions from standing postures to the floor and rising to stand again. You will gain strength and flexibility through these gentle movements while discovering how to release tension in the body and mind. All levels are welcome. Participants should bring their own mat and props. No registration is required.
